Timski rad u školi


Prosvetni radnici u našem obrazovnom sistemu većinu svojih poslova u školi  obavljaju individualno. Timski rad je zastupljen eventualno u realizaciji nekog oglednog časa, planiranju i realizaciji ekskurzije, radu stručnih organa škole i sličnim poslovima. Retki su nastavnici u našem obrazovnom sistemu koji imaju bilo kakvo iskustvo rada u paru u realizaciji nastave –  zajedničko planiranje i izvođenje časa sa drugim nastavnikom. Sistem još uvek ne daje konkretna rešanja za ovakav vid nastave.

Kod vaspitača je situacija sasvim drugačija. Sa jednom grupom dece rade dva vaspitača i u zavisnosti od organizacije ustanove, u nekom periodu dana rade zajedno. Ovakav zajednički posao, ili rad u paru zahteva dobar timski rad i veliku profesionalanost oba vaspitača, kako bi se postigao potreban kvalitet rada sa decom. Ukoliko toga nema, rad u paru će biti mučenje za oba vaspitača i problem za ustanovu u kojoj oni rade.

Da bi grupa ljudi, ili par koji radi zajedno, funkcionisala kao tim potrebno je:

  • da imaju zajednički cilj koji se može uspešno ostvariti samo zajedničkim radom,
  • da postoje jasno definisane i podeljene uloge i odgovornosti,
  • da su defenisana i prihvaćena pravila ponašanja rada u timu,
  • da su definisani načini donošenja odluka u timu kojih se svi pridržavaju,
  • da članovi tima izgrađuju međusobno razumevanje i poverenje,
  • da su članovi tima u ispunjavanju postavljenih  zadataka upućeni jedni na  druge,
  • da su poznati načini komunikacije unutar i izvan tima,
  • da svaki član pronađe svoje mesto u timu,
  • da su definisani načini rešavanja sukoba u timu koji se moraju otvoreno i odmah rešavati, podstičući saradnju,
  • da se zna ko pomaže timu u njegovom radu i kakva je uloga direktora škole i ostalih pomagača 

Problem rada u timu, posebno u paru je veliki izazov za prosvetne radnike u mnogim zemljama, ne samo u našem obrazovnom sistemu. Problem kod vaspitača koji rade u paru može da usložnjava veliki raspon u njihovom radnom stažu. Stariji vaspitači imaju iskustvo u radu, efikasne tehnike i praktična rešenja u radu sa decom, dok mlađi vaspitači donose nova akademska znanja stečena na studijama koja žele isprobati u praksi. Ukoliko u ustanovi postoji praksa dobrog timskog rada ova dva vaspitača će biti uigran tim profesionalaca koji na pravi način kreiraju podsticajnu sredinu za rast i razvoj dece. U školi je takodje poželjna ovakva saradnja mlađih i starijih kolega.
